A: If things do happen this way , please email us within 24hrs and we will try to contact the supplier for you and see whether the items can be exchanged or refund.(:
Q: What if the supplier does not take responsible for it ?
A: Regarding this , our supplier are 100% trustable . And if supplier really does not take action about it , we would be refunding back 25% to you . But for the products that is spolit , would be confiscated back by us. We will always double check the products before handling/sending it to you to ensure that the item that you received is in perfect condition,so there's no way the item which you have received in your hands are spoiled . Q : I dont have a bank account ... And I wanna to order things from this blogshop ... What should I do ?
A: As you know , we only make payment through bank transfer . But if thr is really a need , you may pass us the money when one of the members is going for meet-up but only available @ AMK MRT Station or Bishan MRT station (: Or you can also make a trip to the POSB Office and tell them that you want to deposit money into our bank account,the lady/man at the counter would then give you a slip to fill up. Then,you would need our bank account name and we will provide you with it then. (:

A: Our stocks are taken from main supplier (: And therefore

Q: Why will our things have to take 4-6 weeks to reach to our hand ?
A: It's because we do pre order every month or either fortnight . And supplier 's stocks would only arrived in 2-4weeks time . Thus , that's the reason (: That's mean the earliest you pay , the earlier you will get your items (:
